The Porsche 964 & 993 transitioned the 911 from torsion bars to coilover springs with a dramatic improvement in balance and ride quality. Since these cars were produced, various manufacturers have further developed product offerings to improve on handling and ride quality.

Koni recently released new shock in strut applications for both the 964 and 993. Both Sport Yellow and the new FSD (Frequency Selective Dampening) are now available from Paragon Products.
