THIS IS AN UPGRADE KIT FOR THOSE WHO ALREADY OWN THE BK BAR.  Order R1511 if you want Carbon Fiber and do not already have the end hardware from a previous BK bar.

During hard cornering and braking, forces are fed from the wheels to the strut tower. Adding stiffer springs and performance shocks only increases the load. Long-term effects are shock tower fatigue, cracking and poor tire wear. A Strut Tower Brace provides extra support to the strut towers by securing both towers together and limiting relative motion. A quality Strut Tower Brace also sharpens the feel and response of the front suspension, thereby enhancing the driver's experience and lowering lap times.

The upgrade kit is just the carbon fiber tubing minus the ends.
