This is the replacement diaphragm for the air oil separator on the Porsche Cayenne V6 and V8 engines. With time, this diaphragm will tear and cause a vacuum leak that will affect the performance of your Cayenne. Porsche does not offer this diaphragm as a separate item and you must buy the complete valve cover at a cost of over $600. Note: We've discovered that there are 2 versions of the 4.8L engine. If the cap is closer to the front of the engine, it uses the 4.5L version (see picture #3). If the cap is closer to the middle of the engine, use the 4.8L version (see picture #4).
