This Oil Cooler Alignment Drift or Tool is crucial in order to properly reinstall the oil filter / water intercooler housing. Not using this Alignment Drift, may cause misalignment during this procedure, which may lead to the oil pressure relief valve sticking and ultimately engine damage.

This is a tool that when you need it, you have to have it and then you don't. It will last for more jobs and more cars than I will have in my lifetime. It is now part of the family tool heirloom collection.
