Description   Stock Porsche 911 rear sway bar mounts are notorious for breaking and leaving your rear sway bar largely ineffective. Larger than stock sway bars only exacerbate the problem and lead to inevitable failure. Our replacement mounts are machined for precise fitment on both early and late Porsche 911 models. Installation requires grinding off the weak stock mount and welding in these stronger replacments. Fits - Porsche 911 1965-1989) Features Replace your damaged factory rear swaybar mounting brackets with these new improved units. Early, pre 78, factory mounts will quickly fail under competition conditions. Even with factory swaybars, they will eventually fail with only street use. The later 78-89 factory brackets are much stronger, but are still known to commonly fail with competition use and stiffer swaybars. These 4130 crome moly castings are virtually indestructible and are an excellent alternative to trying to reinforce or repair the existing brackets. Welding required for installation. Two units per car needed.
